Lady
Elliot Island Resort provides four different types
of accommodation ranging from our specially
designed Tent Cabins to our Island Suites. The
following descriptions give you a detailed
understanding of the accommodation that we have to
offer:
TENT
CABINS
We
have fourteen Tent Cabins available for guest use.
The cabins have a capacity of four people (bunk
style beds) or two people if a double is requested
and available. The accommodation is structured in
such a way that it offers a polished timber floor,
power and lighting. Doors and windows make the
tent cabin quite a spacious and well tempered
area. All cabins are close to communal bathroom
facilities. Each Tent Cabin also features storage
space and a covered patio at the front of the
unit.
REEF
UNITS
Twenty
four rooms in all, these rooms all have private
bathroom facilities and tea/coffee making
facilities, are fan cooled and the majority have a
brilliant coral lagoon view. Most units are
designed with a double and two bunk beds, making
it ideal for families. Some units have a double
bed only. All rooms have a private balcony with
seating facilities. The Beachfront Reef Units are
about 2 metres away from the beach and contain tea
and coffee making facilities.
ISLAND
SUITES
These four spacious apartments are situated near
the coral lagoon and about two metres away from
the beachfront, are fully self contained with tea
and coffee making facilities, mini bar, fridge,
fan cooling and private balcony. This ideal living
area can accommodate up to six people. Both one
and two bedroom island suites are
available.
Please
note that apart from May & June
2003 there is a minimum 2 night stay in the 1
and 2 bedroom Island Suites.
All our rooms are fan cooled and there are
no televisions, radios or telephones to remind you
of the life you've left behind.
